OSS ENIQ O&M Engineer required for a 3 month period for O&M role - OSSRC_O11_3 & ENIQ11.1
Duties & Responsibilities
Preventive maintenance activities ( health checks, perform/verify backups ) Fault handling and corrective actions Investigate and troubleshoot the problems related to OSS&ENIQ Follow up with support for CSR Participate in project activities, implementing/adapting (new) E2E service functionality. Verify and implement operation configuration changes Transfer knowledge to NOC colleagues OSS Upgrade experience Review vendor technical documents and new provide proposals on OSS Excellent knowledge in Shell programming Strong technical knowledge on: Sun Solaris, Oracle, Sun FIRE platforms, Unix, Sybase SQL server, Versant DB, TCP/IP, SNMP, LDAP protocols & OSS applications
Candidate Skills & Requirements
Experience on OSS RC maintenance, administration and Network Element integration. Experience and Good knowledge of ENIQ, Statistics and KPI reports
