Our client is a household name organisation in Australia's financial services sector. They are in the process of identifying and improving business process within their technology services divisions and are looking to bring on board a highly experienced Six Sigma Specialist to raise the capability of the internal team.
To be considered for this excellent, high profile role you should have:-
- 5+ years in process improvement or process excellence roles - preferably with 2 or more years in a Financial Services environment
- Demonstrated experience in improving the skills of internal teams including coaching individuals and groups, training needs analysis and recommendation and development of documentation to support skills improvement efforts
- Previous experience in coaching, training and accreditation in the process field
- Advanced Lean 6 Sigma (six sigma) skills/qualifications - Blackbelt level preferred
- Experience in the management of multi-discipline, strategic level process excellence capability
- Strong strategic thinking, influencing and of course, written and verbal communications skills
This is an excellent role in a large scale enterprise organisation where you will rapidly see the fruits of your work in the process improvement and process excellence space. A six month contract engagement, this role will pay up to $850pd for the right person so please, APPLY NOW!
