Coordinates compliance processes and procedures across organizational and functional boundaries. Researches regulatory requirements, assists in the development of compliance tools, prepares various reports and other compliance documents.
Assists in providing guidance to senior management regarding compliance regulatory policies, practices and internal controls.
Liaisons with internal and external auditors regarding all aspects of corporate compliance issues.
Collaborate with multiple functions and departments, across various levels of the organization.
Interpret health insurance laws and regulation
identify and partner with business, compliance and Legal partner to analyze and communicate impact and compliance expectations of health insurance laws and regulations
draft reports and other compliance documents
Requirements:
Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and departments, across various levels of the organization. Familiarity with health insurance laws and regulations.
Experience with interpreting laws and regulations and ability to identify and partner with business to analyze and communicate impact and compliance expectations.
Ability to manage operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects at the same time.
Plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines.
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and oral and written communication skills.
BA or BS required; minimum 3+ years of direct relevant experience.
8 am to 5 pm (PST)

Staff augmentation to support various Health Care Reform initiatives.
