Tasks:
Functional Application Maintenance of Fraud Management System
Scope/Responsibility
Incident Management
Operations Support Management
Change management
Enhancement Management
Vendor Management (from a Managed Service Partner (MSP) perspective)
Overal responsibility of the entire team & performance
Primary Skill Needs:
- Knowledge of Telco Fraud Management System application
- Telco domain knowledge
- MDA (Martin Dawes Analytics) product knowledge on Fraud Management System suite (if no MDA skills, a product training can be arranged.
- Excellent client communication
Secondary Skills:
- Project Management skills (team lead)
- Language: English
