Freelance Process Manager/Amsterdam/ASAP/market rates
Dear professional,
Square One Amsterdam is looking for a freelance Process Manager with the following experience;
-Lead and facilitate productivity improvement in global processes
-Standardise operational processes and platforms to improve quality, lower cost and reduce risk. These are all focussed on end to end business processes
-Minimize client impact by accepting change according to standards
-Facilitate adherence to global policies and regulatory requirements in the compliance arena
-Support the business growth by partnering with operational knowledge
-Manage and drive changes
Core activities and Results:
-Responsible for the acceptance and implementation of products
-Realize and improve processes to further optimize functional stability
-Supports the sharing of best practices and methods within the department and ensures a quality focus -Contributes SME knowledge to project execution team and to partners
-Risk management
-Responsible for the improvement of customer satisfaction of all owned processes
Knowledge
-Advanced knowledge and understanding of markets, clients/products and/or sectors of financial institutions.
-Knowledge of operational processes from an end to end perspective
-Understanding of the infrastructure of the network and footprint
-Ability to translate SME knowledge into understandable business language
-Advises management and senior re decision making
Additional job requirements
-Willingness to travel abroad
-No 9 to 5 mentality: this job requires availability outside business hours according to a to-be defined schedule
-Demonstrates the corporate values: integrity, teamwork, respect, professionalism
