My client is a leading FTSE100 Global Organisation based in London. We are seeking a Senior Qualified Finance & Transformation Lead for delivery of a complex 2 year + Global Business Improvement Programme.
This role has two key functions; Head of Service Delivery & Transformation Lead for a Shared Management Accounting Service. You will have accountability for creation, approval and delivery of an overall strategy for which is aligned to the group wide Finance Target Operating Model. Currently responsible for ensuring global hubs deliver on service requirements with a plan to further expand the current services provided to further geographical locations.
Primary functions:-
Service Line Owner for Global Shared Management Accounting function with accountability to deliver & continually improve the full catalogue of Finance Services. The role holder will be accountable for ensuring that all "Hubs" deliver services to the service levels agreed with customers, with specific focus on driving efficiency through ensuring standardisation & simplification across global processes. The Service Line Owner is also responsible for the customer relationship management (CRM) and for ensuring robust performance management developed & in place across Global Shared Management Accounting Services.
Transformation Lead to create and deliver an overall strategy which delivers rapid and robust geographic expansion and expands the service catalogue offered. This will require close partnership with the SSC and Business Unit Finance to continually examine opportunities to transfer more transactional & standardised activities into SSC to expand levels of analytical support to the customer base.
Ideally you will have worked in a similar scale organisation, have experience of large scale complex Finance Change Programmes. You may have come from a BPO/Consulting Background with previous Industry experience. Suitable candidates should be from an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or from a similar qualified background.
