JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client a large Consultancy are currently seeking the services of 2x Senior Complaints Handler/Scheme Experts (Pensions) for an initial 6 month contract to be based in Glasgow.

The overall aim is to deliver a cost effective operationally efficient payment scheme to make fair and transparent payments to policyholders who have lost money on Life policies.  The role is to act as a key point of contact and adviser for process operators in respect of scheme rules, and their application to the operation.

Key Responsibilities:
Dealing with complex queries and complaints. Need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, so can respond in a timely manner. Professionalism is key, liaising with stakeholders, MP's government ministers etc. Will need to have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. The successful candidates will be responsible for Mentoring/training/helping the team (150 people), may have to take over complex query/high profile complaint.

Top 3 Criteria

Excellent communication skills and professional manner. Leadership experience and ability to react quickly. Background in Pensions is key as will need to be an expert on account. Solid background in complaints handling and previous lead' experience.
