Description
Responsibility
- Develop and verify product documentation including solution design, delivery guide, sales support materials and training materials.
- Work with customers to collect business requirements and communicate key decisions, plans, and functional releases within the customer experience management.
- Keep track of and analyze the competitive landscape for proper positioning of our solutions
- Communicate business requirements to the Product Owners for creation of functional and technical requirements.
- Ensure the product realization are aligned with the defined roadmap and strategy
- Follow up progress on our development projects to secure deliverables are according to the prioritization
- Support development of professional services around our solutions
- Participate and be speaker in appropriate events arranged by marketing and sales
Capability Requirements:
The right candidate will have a proven track record in:
- More than 5 years telecom experience on data mining and data analyst for marketing professional.
- Deep understanding on telecom market research, business intelligence(Churn/Social Network), accounting & finance background.
- Be familiar with data analysis, forecasting method and statistical inference by SPSS/SAS/etc. tool.
- Has knowledge with customer experience management & retention, include customer behavior, KQI/KPI/SLA metrics, etc.
- Be familiar with telecom operator ' s Business Intelligence and business support system (CRM/Billing).
- Team player that can successfully interact with all levels of management, internally and externally.
- Strategic and analytic with a high level of ownership, self-motivation and initiative
- a highly motivated person and ready to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing.
- Problem solving oriented mindset
- Good Presentation skills in front of smaller and larger audience
- Good oral and written English for communication.
