Ihre Aufgaben:
- Tasks?
- Drive the "design to cost" program and perform the pre negotiations with subcontractors and provide an authoritative forecast of the system and development cost of whole Project of the Automotive System 3,6kW.
- The activities include:
- Improve the cost of the current automotive Project architecture ("design to cost")
- Identify the strategic development partners for non-core activities (e.g. PCB design, low level software and detection and positioning sensors systems)
- Negotiate firm engineering pre- contracts with these development partners including reliability, payment terms, IP, etc…
Ihre Qualifikation
- REQUIREMENTS and SKILLS
- University degree or technical training Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of design experience in the automotive safety critical mechatronics and, embedded supplier industry.
- A minimum of 5 years of engineering management experience in an automotive environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge with TIER1 supplier negotiations
- Experience in delivering safety electronics ISO 26262 ASIL D requirements.
- Experience in international cooperation
- Experience in implementing software design and development processes.
