Senior Front-end Developer - Part-time Contract - ClackmannanshireProposed Start Date: 27th of May 2013
Rate: £300 - £400 (dependant on experience)
Work Basis: 3 days per week
Duration: 3 - 6 months
This progressive organisation based in scenic Clackmannanshire is currently seeking an experienced front-end developer to review and further develop a piece of software fundamental to their business.
Applicants should have an advanced understanding of the required development technologies presented and should additionally demonstrate the ability to implement a plan for improvement / alterations.
The successful candidate will be expected to devise a technical strategy for the business and will additionally be responsible for much of the hands on development work required.
Essential technical skills:
- Ruby / RoR
- Javascript, HTML, CSS
Experience/skills:
- At least 5 years commercial experience with the required front-end technologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of designing development solutions in line with business requirements
- Experience of process documentation
- Strategic planning
