- In depth understanding and experience with program/project management
- Demonstrated experience in leading large, global IT infrastructure engagements
- Strong customer management skills, including end user change management
- Understanding of and ability to navigate the organization
- Willingness to travel and spend significant time in London over the course of the engagement
