One of my banking clients in London urgently requires a Complaints Analyst for a long term contract based in London.

You must have strong Customer Complaints experience with strong computer and analytical skills.

Your main responsibiliteos will be:

  • Checking draft final response letters
  • Analysing data and identifying trends
  • Preparing Group and FSA reports
  • Preparing Redress payments
