Support AnalystOur client inPlano,TXis currently looking for a full time, permanent employee to join their team in a "Run the Bank" support capacity.
They are looking for someone with experience in relevant change management technologies such as SMR, Sharepoint, ServiceNow, Service Manager etc.
This is a full time, permanent role, salary is 75-105k. No relocation assistance is available. The candidate will need technical, as well as project management experience. You will be responsible for generating reports for initiatives related to scorecard, change and problem management. Tasks include data center relocation projects, deployments, policy change, reporting, managing KPIs, implementing service catalog and dependency changes etc.
