Description
Main duties include:- Working with the CEO and Head of Marketing to deliver the strategic sales plan to meet the company's growth targets
- Providing leadership and day-to-day management to the Sales team establishing detailed and workable sales plans, managing to individual targets and actively monitor Company's performance against revenue and budget.
- Lead the development of proposals throughout the full sales cycle. Attend and actively contribute to all kick-off strategy, status, follow-up/debrief, and presentation preparation meetings to ensure all opportunities are managed to the bid review process.
- Establish and manage meetings with the sales team to evaluate the business issues and responses required to meet the customer's needs; manage or allocate opportunities for development to appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales and follow up activity on SalesForce.
Technical Competencies:
- Experience of working within the Information Management, Data Management sector is essential
- Experienced in managing, motivating high performing sales teams that delivers and exceeds target is highly advantageous
- Proven ability to analyse and evaluate commercial opportunities
- Ability to formulate and write proposals, prepare and deliver client tenders
