Description
My client is a major Government transport body seeking procurement support as they embark on some major initiatives. The ideal individual will have experience working on major transport projects, of a high value and complex nature.
Key deliverables:
- Taking responsibility for incorporating procurement best practice across ITT and franchise agreement docs
- Assist in the draft of template procurement documentation
- Pprovide general procurement guidance
Experience:
- Ideal experience will be working in the UK rail franchise industry, possibly for a TOC
- Extensive experience of working on major projects in the public and private sector
- Strong experience, including evaluating bids
