Swift Alliance SupportOur client in NYC is currently looking for a full time, permanent employee to join their technical support team. They need someone with at least a couple of years specifically with the SWIFT alliance application. Salary is approx k. No relocation assistance is available.
The candidate will be working in a unix/linux environment, and be responsible for providing live support for multiple payment applications. The role will require investigation into complex application and/or interface issues, understanding the problem and identifying/recommending the appropriate action to resolve within the service level agreement (SLA). The role will also require coordination with both Internal and external teams to understand the cause and help resolve the issue.
