Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Desk/IT support Analyst for this three month contract.
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong 1st and 2nd level hardware/software support experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with desktop/laptop and printers
- Knowledge of Citrix and Active Directory
- PC building and deployment experience
- Liaising with internal staff and 3rd party vendors
- Exchange Management Console and Xenapp experience desirable but not essential
You will have excellent communication skills, have a passion for IT support, strong customer focus and be available to start immediately or on short notice.
