Our client is seeking an experienced Service Desk/IT support Analyst for this three month contract.

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong 1st and 2nd level hardware/software support experience
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with desktop/laptop and printers
  • Knowledge of Citrix and Active Directory
  • PC building and deployment experience
  • Liaising with internal staff and 3rd party vendors
  • Exchange Management Console and Xenapp experience desirable but not essential

You will have excellent communication skills, have a passion for IT support, strong customer focus and be available to start immediately or on short notice.
