Description
Our Financial Banking client in Edinburgh are currently seeking the services of an experienced Customer Relations Manager to assist with ongoing transition periods in the organisation. They would look for you to become a valued member of the team as someone who can handle the intricacies of distressed customers within very tight regulations.
*This role will be a fixed term contract for 6-12 months*
You will require experience of:
Financial Services
Key customer relationships - influencing skills
Strong understanding of customer detriment handling
Ombudsman relationships
Handling expectations from regulators
Communicatng with senior management up to CEO, COO level
