Design EngineerWe have immediate vacancies for Design/Development Engineers on a number of exciting automotive programmes and projects.
Successful candidates will be responsible for the development of automotive systems and components from concept through to volume production.
Principle consideration will be for engineers with Suspension or Powertrain experience.
They will work closely with suppliers and project partners to produce innovative solutions for a range of automotive products. They will have good CAD skills in either SolidWorks or CATIA V5.
Candidates will be degree qualified with a minimum of 2 years' experience in an automotive development field. These positions require individuals who are self-motivated and able to work as part of an integrated team. They will have strong communications skills and be literate in Microsoft Office.
Flexible Working conditions. Salary commensurate with experience.
Essentials
- Minimum 2 years automotive engineering experience.
- HND or engineering degree qualified.
- Able to work independently or as part of an integrated team.
Desirables
- CAD Experience, either SolidWorks or CATIA V5.
- Experience of operating in a test environment.
- Direct experience of suspension or powertrain development projects.
