Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ITIL: We urgently require a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ITIL for a 1-2 year contract in Hong Kong.
Reporting To Data Centre Modernization - Standardization of DC, Operation & Processes Workstream Lead.
Summary of Responsibilities:
*Implement ITIL processes supported by ITSM solution selected by phase in all AIA data centres
*Manage processes changes to adapt to the ITSM solution
*Plan & execute tool migration for countries in which non-standard ITSM tool is already in place
*Implement selected monitoring tool in HK and 5 other countries to support 7 X 24 data centre operation
*Plan & execute tool migration for countries in which non-standard monitoring tool is already in place
Incumbent Characteristics:
- University graduate in computer science or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience in data centre operation management
- Certification of ITIL V3 Service Manager or experience on ITIL rollout
- Knowledge on monitoring tool/Window platform skill
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.Proficiency in Mandarin and other Asian languages an asset.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem solving, report writing and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to handle multi-tasks at the same time & work independently under pressure with sufficient attention to details.
