About the Role:
The clients project is a strategic initiative to enhance risk and security capability across the organisation and mature the information security position in line with industry peers. It focuses on Data Security, Information Security Governance, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, Staff Access Management and Threat Management
In addition to standard project management responsibilities (reporting, issues/risk management/escalation etc), the role expectations are as follows:
- The Project manager will be accountable to manage, Project Delivery - internal and managed service provider across design, build and test activities in multiple locations, and
- Production Assurance - compliance to Technology and systems operations standards and operating guidelines.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Significant experience in managing infrastructure delivery solutions
- Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, IBM Mainframe technologies
- Knowledge of secure protocols (SSL, HTTPS, etc)
- Previous information security experience is preferable
- Managed and delivered over $5m projects
- Strong relationship liaising with senior technology managers
