Description
A major financial institution is currently looking for a Business Analyst- specialising in CRM Campaign Management Systems who will be responsible for providing business subject-matter-expertise. Also required to approach and execute UAT through the life of the project. Initially it will be an 8 month contract with a strong possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting business analysis into the existing approaches
- Providing detailed reports of the findings for the project
- Providing guidance within the Campaign Management System for both the first phase (Minimum Viable Product) and subsequent iterations.
- Designing and executing a comprehensive User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience in Aprimo Relationship Management 6 or Teradata Relationship Manager.
- Proficient in reading and understanding SQL code, SQL Server .
- Quick learner
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members
To be suitable for this role you will have 3+ years experience working as a campaign delivery analyst. You will also need an open, engaging and customer-focused attitude.
