Description
This organisation supports many VMWare systems that are spread across several accounts on different platforms.
DUTIES
- Design, implement and configure virtualized server infrastructure using VMware
- Design, implement and configure virtualized desktop infrastructure using VMware
SKILLS
- Network administration experience
- Backup and backup related technology experience
- Experience with Scripting in Windows and/or Linux environments
- Must hold Dept of Defence security clearance at the minimum level of baseline
- Deep knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux operating environments
- Strong communication skills
- VMware product experience including: VSphere, VCenter Server, VCloud Director, VMView
