Candidate Profile

  • Must have at least 8+ years hands on experience in CRM, and at least 5 years implementing Siebel Order Management in a
    • Telecommunications environment (Wireline and Wireless) modules; Quotes; Orders; Assets; Contracts; Product Configurator, Pricer, Asset Based Ordering, Marketing, Call Center.
  • Must have implemented at least 2 end to end Telecom based Siebel Implementation/Transformation projects
  • Must have multiple years of Experience in Siebel Configuration, Siebel Scripting, Siebel Workflow, Siebel EAI, Siebel EIM, Siebel Business Services, Web Services, etc
  • Very good knowledge and experience in Advanced Order Management, Product Modeling, ABO concepts
  • Must have experience in installing, configuring, performance tuning and administering Siebel applications
  • Good understanding and experience in SOA Principle & Governance and Web Services, have experience in integrating Siebel with other COTS applications (such as Oracle BRM, OSM, M6, etc)
  • Good knowledge and understanding in Oracle Database fundamentals
  • Good understanding of hardware architectures and operating environments (eg Unix, Linux, Windows) and capacity planning, & Sizing Techniques.
  • CRM solution architect and being able to deliver Siebel Solution Designs and participation in End to End Telco solution design.
  • Solution Architecture of Siebel Order Management: Design, implement (Installation/upgrade), and maintenance.
  • Demonstrate good functional understanding of end to end order management including good awareness of (OSM) Order and Service Management and Billing applications.
  • Experience of consulting pre-sales, business development and bid preparation.
  • Must have worked in customer facing role
  • Methodology: Siebel eRoadmap or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong oral and written communications skills are required in order to be able to manage meetings at different level of contacts (Board members, IT staff and end users) and to produce project documentations.
  • Understanding of the requirements for support and development of IS project and capability to work in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, with strong Customer orientation able to plan work effort, manage
  • Good to have knowledge in eTOM, TAM, SID

Job Description:

  • Ability to provide solution architecture and business processes for Telecom Projects using Siebel CRM
  • Understand customer business requirements and convert into to FR and prepare design documents
  • Provide solution architecture for new/change requirements and ability to present it to customer
  • Ability to provide integrating solutions with Middleware TIBCO, AIA using latest Siebel EAI concepts
  • Provide robust technical design in the areas of Integrating COTS application using AIA/PIP with solid understanding of Oracle SOA Suite
  • Researches and evaluates alternative solutions, and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solution for the systems/program design and develops system specification
  • Ability to handle customer discussions effectively from customer site and interact with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards
  • Lead and Manage Siebel Technical team by providing technical assistance
  • Work in pre-sales from time to time in responding to RFP's or take part in customer discussions related to pre-sales
  • Show flexibility and good attitude towards taking up challenging task and delivering it
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Take ownerships and ability to drive new initiatives
