Description
I am looking for a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer or Associate Manager for a Medical Device start up in the Menlo Park area.Candidates need to have extensive experience in:
-Working with suppliers to determine process capability, develop inspection methods and resolve technical issues.
-Lead transfer of new products into production via:
o Hands on process development
o Tool and fixture design/development (SolidWorks Experience)
o Implementing Process controls
o Writing QMS documentation (Manufacturing Procedures, Test Methods, Tool Files, Quality Inspections)
o Managing process validation efforts ( authoring PFMEA's, protocols, builds, testing and reports)
o Production line set-up
-Production support, problem solving and disposition of non-conformances (NCR/NCMR)
-Lean manufacturing and production line layouts
-Experience working in and maintaining a cleanroom environment
-Catheter based design and production processes experience is a must
-Electromechanical design and assembly experience is a plus
