A highly successful service provider is looking to take on an experienced Customer Retention Coordinator on a 3-month basis to provide a in-depth knowledge of the clients customers, to track their performance through an Industry Leading database (FDB) and maintain clear and concise levels of communication to all stakeholders. The role is based in Milton Keynes and you must be available for an immediate start.

You will provide administration assistance to the Fleet Database (FDB) and make sure it is accurate and maintained at all times. You must maintain the fleet log and publish to key stakeholders on a weekly basis, ensuring the field team are using the correct suite of customer letters (new customer, amended terms, termination etc).

This role is part of the fleet sales team and is in a very sales focussed environment. The successful candidate must be able to deal with a number of different responsibilities, good prioritisation and good attention to detail. You will also be required to manage the renewal process for all customer DSP Agreements, taking into account lead time for completion. Finally, you will ad hoc also be creating reports, analysis and process improvements for the DSP process.

To be successful you must have strong commercial acumen, excellent customer focus and importantly a high level of competence with MS Excel.
