Description
Experience required is as follows:- Cisco Voice Over IP experience (Mandatory)- Solid Cisco Call Manager (8.x) experience (Mandatory)- Cisco Unity Connection 8.x experience (Desirable)- Cisco UCCX experience (Desirable)- The ability to configure Cisco Call Manager, Voice Gateways, Routers and Switches- LAN/WAN design (Desirable)- Cisco switching and routing skills (Desirable)
The successful applicant must have:
- Minimum of 10 years of general IT experience
- Minimum of 5 years IP experience in medium to large corporate environment (200 sites, 5000 users)- Minimum of 7 years' experience in networking technologies, strong knowledge of Cisco, carrier services, IPTel, wireless, and security
- ITIL & Change Management
Experience
- Minimum CCNA Voice certification
- CCNP Voice certification would be highly regarded

Breakdown of work is as follows:
- Support; average of 20-30 Level 3 IP Telephony related tickets per month for the team, 4-6 planned changes per month for the team, capacity planning - Internal Project work include (but not limited to) which you may be able to assist the current team: Call Manager 8 upgrade, UCCX upgrade, ARC upgrade, associated knowledge transfer and documentation.
