Change ManagerLocation -London
Rate - £400 - £450
This a 12 month contract based in London for a FTSE 250 company. The successful Change manager will be involved in implementing change across the business based on cost reduction and delivery of an online transformation. As a change manager you will be a born leader and have managed many successful major online transformation projects. You will be responsible for understanding the impacts of projects and people across the wider business, including training, process, stakeholder management and communications
The role will be based on the outskirts of London with occasional travel around the UK.
Essential Skills:
- Experience within delivering major online transformation projects
- Be a great believer and have a proven track record in leadership
- Extensive previous cultural and behavioural change management experience is essentia
- Excellent communication skills at stakeholder level are a must
- Be able to effectively show how you have managed cost reduction and applied your own change management skills to accompany successful project
- Agile
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment
- Experience of working as a change manager on digital projects
