* SAP PM/CS or CRM Field Services consultant (SAP and other ERPs) Paris, France.
On behalf of one of our customers, a world leader in their industry sector based in Paris, France, we are urgently looking for an ERP integration specialist to join an international CRM deployment.
You will be responsible for integrating the new CRM system with many different ERPs, including for example SAP CS (Customer Service).
Therefore, it is important to understand this area from a business point of view (Scheduling of the work order for example, product repairs etc...)
Business Process reengineering in CRM context
- Training delivery to end-users on a IT CRM solution (field services)
- CRM Solution design (functional design)
- Integration (functional design)
- SAP knowledge (ideally CS module) through configuration
- Cloud/sfdc knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Experience of large projects
This CRM system which is based on Salesforce.com, will replace those ERP's to manage these business flows.
It would be very useful for this assignment to understand objects within SAP CS or PP such as the service orders, notifications, or WBS.
You will need to be autonomous on these subjects, and show leadership, but at the same time, you will work as part of an international team.
This is an English speaking role only, a knowledge of French would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
