Description
Due to increased workload and project plans, an expanding West Yorkshire based logistics company is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join their current development team on an initial 6 month contract basis.You will be working closely with the development team members and working to tight deadlines.
You will be responsible for end-to-end designing of code whilst maintaining and improving the current code.
End-to-end full-cycle experience is a must as you will be working from design through to implementation. Strong experience in testing is a must.
The technical requirements for this role:
- 4+ years commercial Java development experience
- Java (version 1.6)
- Struts
- JavaScript & XML
- Spring & Hibernate
- Web Services
- JUnit
- TDD & Agile SCRUM methodologies
You will be working to tight deadlines delivering quality code. You will need to have good communication as you will be communicating between multiple teams
