Description
Senior System Engineers (Windows, Linux, VMware) -ChicagoI am looking for multiple Senior System Engineers that have a very strong technical background in virtualization in either Linux or Windows environments. In this role, you will be part of a global infrastructure team of more than 50 engineers.
You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of my client's complex network systems. Furthermore, you will be managing the datacenter, developing project plans, and provide advise/support to other technical staff and more junior members of the team.
You have:
- a BSc in computing science or equivalent
- more than 5 years working experience in systems engineering (Windows and/or Linux)
- extensive experience virtualizing infrastructure (VMware V4)
- extensive experience administrating Windows servers (up to 2012)
- knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange
- knowledge of Clustering
- knowledge of Citrix
You will be offered an exciting role with a global financial player that is seeking to expand their business worldwide. Bas compensation ranges from 80-100k, excluding a bonus and secondary benefits.
