About Unboxed Consulting:
Unboxed Consulting are a Ruby on Rails Development & Agile consulting agency. We are a young, informal company with a flat hierarchy. We work on a variety of projects, primarily in the private sector, but also some in the public sector. Our clients include start ups, government, educational institutions, charities and media agencies such as Channel 5, HMRC, Apps for Good and Sky.
Our projects are run in accordance with our own variant of Scrum, we call it "The Unboxed Way" specifically designed to start delivering business benefits immediately.
We prefer to work as a full team that includes the client. Sometimes we can't do that and we'll seed some developers into an existing team. A team typically consists of 2-6 developers with a tester, a designer where appropriate and Scrum Master. Iterations typically last 2 weeks, starting with a planning Game and ending with a Retrospective.
We also operate as a part of the Agile Delivery Network (ADN). The ADN is a consortium of digital agencies located throughout the country.
Benefits of working at Unboxed Consulting:
