Our client, who is a leading European Energy Operator and who Design, Construct and Maintain Offshore Wind Parks, are urgently looking for an OM Project Coordinator Communication & Control and Instrumentation - SCADA. The project coordinator has to manage and coordinate all activities which are related to communication systems, instrumentation & control as well as plant monitoring systems for the offshore wind farm. Key responsibilities are: -Coordination of the assembling and set-up of IT, C&I, SCADA and Communication systems in the Control Room on Helgoland and the Electrical Offshore Substation -Actively coordinate between internal stake holders and external suppliers, Transmission System Operator and Electrical Substation Supplier for the network topology -Interface management of several different systems as well as participating parties -Coordination and supervision of implementation of data links to and from the Wind Farm -Coordination of Signal exchange between all SCADA Systems including TSO -Coordination and supervision of all contractor SCADA engineering activities in close cooperation with the related packages (Turbine, Foundation & Electrical) -Assisting in development of control room and service facility equipment -Support the O&M Package for preparation of communication contracts (Telekom, Tennet etc.) -Quality Control for documentation hand-over to O&M -Assistance to project team during C&I/SCADA/Communication commissioning works -Participation in Harbour Acceptance tests Project management -Input into project planning & control -Stakeholder management -Risk management -Content management of project documentation -Interface management between other work packages -Technical claim management -Identify good practice and lessons learnt from existing Wind Farms as well as current projects and feed into future development & construction projects A minimum of five (2) years experiences in Controls and Monitoring Systems applicable to power generation and related facilities. Technical/Functional Knowledge - Extensive knowledge of Controls & Monitoring Systems design and operating requirements Experience within a project environment would be pre-requisite FLUENT German and English skills are required Writing/Speaking
