This is a 6 month contract opportunity with a possible extension.
This is to replace a Project Manager who has moved into another role. Candidates with downstream retail experience within oil and gas industry will be given preference. Cardlock experience is a bonus. The contract length is listed as 6 months; likelihood of extension is high.
Role and Responsibilities
Required Skills
- 7 to 10 years in Project Management roles
- Exceptional understanding of project management, risk management and value management methods, tools and techniques
- Sound knowledge of Project Management best practices to ensure successful project delivery
- Expert abilities in risk and issue management (including identification, mitigation and resolution)
- Superior planning, organization and people management skills.
- College diploma or university degree in Business or Information Systems
- Microsoft Project knowledge
Desired Skills
- Downstream retail experience in oil and gas industry
- Cardlock experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
- ITIL Foundations
