My client is a young, competitive consulting company with offices throughout Europe. They specialise in large-scale web experience projects and provide the knowledge and tools to support their customers' entire strategy, including content management, social media and mobile delivery.
As part of their expansion plans they now require the services of a talented QA Manager to join them at their offices in the beautiful city of Barcelona.

They utilise high-end technologies and large-scale content management systems, therefore ensuring that their work environment is challenging, diverse and rewarding.
As the QA Manager they would look for you have the ability to manage an application testing team. You would work closely with an international project team to support the quality management process throughout the project life cycle. Additionally you will coordinate an internal testing team, which will collaboratively write and execute test plans while documenting the results and communicating deficiencies across the group.
You will need excellent command of the English language as regular communication with project teams in other European locations will be required and there is the potential for occasional travel to project sites.
In order to be considered for this exciting QA Manager position you need to demonstrate the following skills;
" Significant exposure to working with complex testing processes in large software development projects
" Thorough knowledge of bug tracking tools such as JIRA and HP Quality Centre
" The ability to define test automation strategies and hands-on exposure with test automation frameworks such as J-unit, Selenium, Quick Test Pro and Loadrunner
" The ability to manage, motivated and lead a team of testers and communicate stakeholders interests
" Excellent command of the English language
Managerial and leadership skills are integral to this opportunity; it is also beneficial if you have familiarity with Crowd Testing and knowledge of Java, including JEE, Servlets and JSP.
