ERP Project Manager, Northern England (9-12 Months Initially)-Microsoft Dynamics AXRole
To lead a Microsoft Dynamics AX cradle-to-grave implementation, from legacy software within a successful manufacturing organisation.
Reporting directly to board level, you must have key experience of implementing large scale ERP systems. The nature of your career to date would indicate that you are Microsoft AX specialist. You will Project Manage the full implementation of a new ERP system, working alongside a software vendor and the main board of this manufacturing organisation. You will have a proven pedigree engaging with managing employees and must have experience managing 3rd party suppliers as well as clear people skills in order to successfully manage this project. A charismatic and strong individual you will lead the 'buy in' educational projects across all levels of the organisation from main board to the manufacturing floor. There will also be an expectation to work on employee ERP workshops, so experience with designing and delivering these, to stakeholders, is essential. There is an emphasis on pushing through the first stage of the project within a dedicated time frame and budget.
Essential Experience
Previous experience of working within a number of Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation projects in a cradle-to-grave capacity.
Experience working alongside software vendors.
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 software Experience.
Clear understanding of data migration from legacy ERP systems to new ERP systems.
Experience with ERP within the manufacturing industry.
Ideal Experience
Prince II qualified.
Understanding and experience of 'made to order' manufacturing
