Aberdeen - Oil and Gas Operator
12 month + contract - Competitive Day Rate
This is a excellent opportunity to work with a Oil and Gas operator in Aberdeen as Environmental Advisor. This role works closely with the Company's Operations and Support groups to ensure there is a comprehensive advisory service is provided which takes into account specific environmental constraints.
Mainly as Environmental Advisor you will provide specialist advice in environmental matters in order that the Company can demonstrate sound environmental management, ensure legal compliance and minimise the potential for litigation or damage to the Company's reputation.
* This role will involve regular travel offshore to conduct environmental audits and training*
Experience Required:
* Relevant environmental experience (5-7 years)
* Educated to degree level
* Thorough knowledge and understanding of environmental legislation
* Approved Environmental Management System Lead Auditor
* Trained in Oil Spill Management
* Possess Offshore Survival and MIST certificates
