Description
Our financial services client are currently looking to recruit 2 Service Analysts, preferably with experience in Migration of processes from one organisation to the other, ensuring that all processes are clean and customer friendly.
* This will be a 12 month Fixed term contract*
The role will see you get involved with the most interesting phase of the organisation to date, mapping out processes to provide the ultimate end to end customer journey.
You will need to have the necessary financial services experience and be accountable/responsible for leading process improvement from initial design through to implementation aligning to Lean methodologies. Also exposure to a customer facing/operational role within a project environment and knowledge and practical experience within testing from preparation to execution.
