Build the team with right competence to fulfill the vision of UE designPeople management, establish roles and responsibility, motivate and inspire people, reward and discipline, take care of career development of team membersSet design objectives under company’s strategy, review design, lead team members to their optimum performance levelsBuild up design cognition inside and outside team to make the design well-accepted extensively and meet the industry trendGuide the team to work according to the project processesMake decisions and take appropriate actions within the area of responsibilityCooperate closely with the other branch sites such as City A, City B, City C, EMEA, Americans etc.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree and above with interaction, cognitive psychology, communication or industrial design backgroundMinimum of 5 years of management/ leadership experience in a design team required.Extensive knowledge and experience in driving design rocess and “design thinking” in organizationStrong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, enjoys cooperating with peopleAn open minded towards change, ability to prioritize and delegate
