Job Description:
  • Build the team with right competence to fulfill the vision of UE design
  • People management, establish roles and responsibility, motivate and inspire people, reward and discipline, take care of career development of team members
  • Set design objectives under company’s strategy, review design, lead team members to their optimum performance levels
  • Build up design cognition inside and outside team to make the design well-accepted extensively and meet the industry trend
  • Guide the team to work according to the project processes
  • Make decisions and take appropriate actions within the area of responsibility
  • Cooperate closely with the other branch sites such as City A, City B, City C, EMEA, Americans etc.


  • Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree and above with interaction, cognitive psychology, communication or industrial design background
  • Minimum of 5 years of management/ leadership experience in a design team required.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in driving design rocess and “design thinking” in organization
  • Strong leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, enjoys cooperating with people
  • An open minded towards change, ability to prioritize and delegate
