Description
Our client, a financial services organisation, has an urgent requirement for a Senior Project Manager required to join a small programme team.
Due to the countries involved in this programme, we are looking for Spanish speakers.
The programme is to improve all areas of complaints transformation, from operational matters to policy matters to RCA and complaint reduction.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Project Manager with an extensive banking background coupled with previous experience of either PPI or Complaints projects; they will also need to speak Spanish (ideally fluently).
