• Bachelors/Master's Degree in IT or equivalent• Strong experience in Change Management & Process Management
• Development expeirence and implemented Change Management Strategy, Stakeholders Engagement and utilize Change Management methodologies
• Maintain change schedule and resolve change conflicts
• Provide change management process education and training to service delivery team on a regular basis
• Participate and govern the entire release and Change Management Process
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
