Description
Job responsibilities include:- Vendor audits and internal process audits
- Contact vendors, coordinate audits with contract auditors as needed
- Preparation of notification letters and audit plans
- Perform interviews and post-audit teleconferences, close-out meetings and initial report
- Review observation responses
- Follow up on Corrective action plans, determine and educate others on the processes
- Manager peer reviews of internal process and vendor audit reports
- Assist with review and authorization of GxP validation documents
- Maintain procedures for SOPs, guides and strategies
