Role: Senior Business Strategist/Planner
Type: Contract
Duration: 4 months
Rate: £520/day
My central government client requires a Business Case Planner to undertake a strategic role alongside Programme planning consultants and Head of Finance wherein you will document and deliver a detailed Business Case Implementation Plan and Integrated Master Programme Plan.
The successful candidate will have extensive industry experience in the development and presentation of strategic business change initiatives, as part of delivering core business strategy.
You must also possess experience of the following:
-programme change management
-detailed understanding of the transformational activities necessary to migrate from current operational state to the new "to-be" target operating model.
-ability to amalgamate individual programme plans to create a holistic integrated master plan (defining dependency maps, consolidated resource mapping and schedules)
-understand aggregated risk profiles, cashflow forecast, cashable benefits and non cashable benefits and scope versus outcome validation.
-quickly adapt to the client culture and respond dynamically and supportively to client knowledge gaps, inexperience or areas of resistance.
-ability to define solutions without the need to significantly increase investment risk
-senior stakeholder engagement credentials and the ability to deliver robust propositions to the Board and Executives.
Current SC security clearance is highly desirable.
