The Company Robert Half Management Resources are currently recruiting for an Interim Resourcing Manager to work for a leading business in Swindon. Your role will drive the delivery of their talent acquisition strategy across the Group. This will include effective use of social media and on-line recruitment, ensuring a quality candidate experience and managing their external employer brand. Through your recruitment team you will ensure first-class delivery of advice and support to the HR teams in a way that meets the needs of each of the business areas, as well as adding real value through the project management and roll out of new resourcing initiatives. The Role
§Manage the Business' external employer brand including the corporate website and through social media.
§Advise HR Directors on resourcing strategy for diverse areas such as digital media and international roles.
§Devise appropriate end-to-end role resourcing strategies in partnership with HR Managers.
§Manage and maintain high quality service to the Business ensuring SLAs are set and delivered and timely MI is provided to HR Directors.
§Manage the Graduate attraction selection and assessment process for the Group, including training and support for assessors.
§Lead on the design and maintenance of appropriate recruitment support tools for use by line managers to ensure that best practice standards are met.
§Provide appropriate training for line managers and HR teams on effective recruitment practices including effective short listing, competency-based interview techniques and hiring for potential.
§Ensure appropriate use of social media for recruiting purposes; provide advice to HR teams and hiring managers on the best use of these tools in recruitment.
§Ensure that the team delivers an excellent candidate experience by monitoring candidate feedback and benchmarking service levels with external organisations.
§Provide effective leadership and development of the Group Resourcing Team in order to drive levels of service and value to the Business.

We seek an exceptional individual. A high quality resourcing manager who possesses a broad base of skills with experience in developing and establishing a leading edge Resourcing Shared Service. Your ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders will be second to none, as well as a strength in building compelling business cases that suits the needs of your customers.

Educated to degree level or CIPD qualified, you will also possess a track record in many of the following areas:
§Team leadership
§Generalist HR experience
§Demonstrable awareness and practical application of influencing skills
§Demonstrable ability to plan work and prioritise effectively
§Ability to adapt style to suit the needs of the audience or situation
§Proven evidence of suggesting and implementing change

You will have gleaned this experience from a 'high performance' business that is recognised for HR innovation.

Salary Interim Resourcing Manager 3 months £200 - £250 per day through Ltd Company Swindon
