About This Position:
The Integration Analyst will design, build, monitor, support and document integration between MEDSEEK products and Client systems in support of Client's Enterprise Patient Portal. This will involve system engineering and R&D to improve operational efficiencies of all interface implementations and supporting platforms including web services, HL7, file transfers, etc. REQUIRED:
Strong knowledge of HIE and healthcare related information systems Experience: HIE integration including HL7/CCD system(s) deployment and integration implementation, interfaces, business process definition, workflows, functional requirements, gap analysis, and use cases, create test scripts, perform functional and regression testing, lead and facilitate meetings Preferred: Patient portal implementation experience

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build (coding & Scripting), monitor, support and document interfaces between Client Systems and MEDSEEK products
HIE integration including HL7/CCD system(s) deployment and integration implementation
Document interface extraction and import specifications prior to implementation, during implementation, and post implementation to ensure interfaces meet Client expectations
Participate in the preparation of accurate and complete technical specifications, such as schema or file specifications, coding/Scripting specifications, backup and recovery controls as necessary for all interface and other integration development efforts
Conduct or actively participate in feasibility studies to determine the most appropriate technical solutions for proposed requirements
Participate in the development of interface testing plans
Research and develop new solutions to meet strategic and client-specific data integration needs
Assist in planning, executing, and managing the integration of new applications into existing infrastructure, systems, and software
Participate in hardware and software evaluation efforts related to the purchase or utilization of new systems, interface development or monitoring tools, and new application/interface development software
Consult internally within the department and externally on various projects and information technology efforts
Provide complex application support and guidance to end users, and provides technical guidance to less experienced personnel
Serve as a point of contact for resolution of complex application problems and integration issues
Able to quickly assess technical issues, identify resolutions, and build action plans to prevent future issues from occurring
Work closely with Client sites and be a trusted advisor when it comes to integrating systems across the enterprise to support the successful implementation of Medseek solutions
Develop Testing Plans, Configuration Plans and SLA's to support client's Enterprise Patient Portal

QUALIFICATIONS
required.
Strong knowledge of deploying SharePoint at the enterprise level in a distributed global environment
Five (5) + years of verifiable experience in working with various versions of SharePoint, and experience with SharePoint 2010 preferred
Requires a keen awareness of operational scalability and the ability to build action plans to improve how Client implements, scales, manages, and supports integration frameworks and interfaces
Experience in implementing interface products and or other data integration services required
Strong knowledge of standard integration messaging structures (HL7, XML, X12, etc.) and other healthcare EDI standards required
Good working knowledge of SOAP/XML web services required
Good working knowledge of networking concepts, capabilities, and protocols required
Good working knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Outlook Excel, and Visio required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
Knowledge of the architecture and integration capabilities of Client IT Systems preferred
Systems administration experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server preferred
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Significant travel will be required to IT Corporate Operations in Phoenix and various Client facilities. Travel may occupy as much as 50% of the time spent in this position
