Ericsson Back Office OSS Engineer -OSS, ENIQ - Djibouti- 3 months +
My client a multinational telecommunication company is urgently seeking an experienced Back Office OSS Engineer to compliment their existing team.
The engineer must have at 3 Years' experience in troubleshooting, integration and commissioning of the following Ericsson OSS Platforms:
OSS RC 11.0 & Comnif, OIS & UAS, ENIQ, NEDSS, OMBS, BIS, EBAS, NESS & WAS
The engineer must have Support handling experience as Tier 1 or Tier2:
- Emergency handling and System recovery
- Operation and Maintenance: System Administration & Troubleshooting
- Unix (Solaris) System Administration
- OSS Support: SUN Servers, Solaris, VERITAS, Sybase Database;
- Provide and Implement software and hardware solutions.
- Backup Management for DMR tool
- Preparing N/w Performance report, Planning Reports
- Application like RNO, SMO, CNA, BSM, SMIA.
