The Mobile Web Developer will come from a web development background covering: This role will be responsible for developing a new mobile initiative alongside our technical team, coding using cross-mobile-browser web technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a greenfield mobile project that will have direct impact on the revenue of the company
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for developing and shaping a fantastic new mobile initiative alongside our technical team, coding using cross-mobile-browser web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Ajax, jQuery Mobile
- Design and develop new functionality for mobile web applications.
- Assist with change collaboratively across internal and external teams using strong communication
- Document new functionality
- Liaise with internal customers, Project Managers and Product Owners to help formulate new functional requirements
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience of web and/or mobile development
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and Ajax with cross-mobile-browser experience
- Strong design and UX skills
- Object-oriented programming skills in either Java or C++
- Understanding of design patterns
