Roles and Responsibilities
- E2E responsible for the project coordination (support from a IT Project Leader)
- Manage the project within scope, time and budget
- Coordination of the project resources and project planning
- Coordination between the different entities on the project: Bank and external party.
- Weekly reporting to the Program Manager and monthly project Steering
- Manage risk & issues, and escalate to Program Manager
- Follow up on project dependencies
Capabilities:
Knowledge:
- Has expert knowledge of project management (project governance & project team management, project planning): Prince 2 methodology. Clarity is the reporting tool.
- Experience in setting up Call Centers/Help Desks or Online Sales Flows
- Previous experience with Lending is an asset
- Fluent in English and good knowledge of French or/and Dutch
