External Communications Manager - PR - Technology - Media - Marketing
An exciting contract opportunity has arisen to work for a well known consumer brand company as a External Communications (PR) Manager, based out of Maidenhead and once a week from London offices.
This is an interim assignment, and expected to run for 2-3 months.
As External Comms Manager you will be expected to deliver a 'best in class' PR function and outstanding consumer campaigns. Coming from an in-house or agency background within consumer PR you will be tasked with 'consumerising' technology and targeting mainstream audiences.
In order to be successful in your application, you will need to have strong writing and messaging skills, a good eye for a story, creativity, proactivity and ability to work in partnership with agencies and the team.
Skills we are looking for:
- Strong already developed relations throughout national, trade, lifestyle and consumer technology media
- Strong background either in-house or agency PR
- Proven track record of delivering successful PR campaigns (please show evidence in your CV)
- Managing a reactive and proactive press office
