Ihre Aufgaben:
- Drive operational excellence of the multi sourced operations teams that provide operational support for productive solutions through incident management, problem management, service request delivery, event management, etc.
- Drive continuous improvement of productive solutions in terms of operational efficiency, reducing TCO, support quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead RUN engagement with implementation projects to help ensure high quality and operable solutions
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and provide functional, technical as well as business process knowledge in the Product
- Participate in all IT processes
Ihre Qualifikation
- SAP-knowledge: SAP CRM Marketing Campaign Management
- Programming languages: SAP ABAP OO, Web Dynpro and CRM WebUI
- Database knowledge: HANA DB
- Project language: English
- Additional know-how: Experience with SAP SEM would be a major benefit
